How to take blood pressure using manual blood - Liquid Hoodia Extract Chaser - Nov 14, 2014
On November 21, 2004 CBS correspondent, Lesley Stahl reported on 60 Minutes
that a strange little plant, Hoodia Gordonii,“... is a natural substance
that literally takes your appetite away.” According to CBS, “Scientists
say that it fools the brain by making you think you’re full, even if
you’ve eaten just a morsel.” Now, word of this amazing plant is
spreading like wildfire across the country and taking the consumer market
by storm. Many are calling the discovery of Hoodia Gordonii the breakthrough
of the decade.
If you're still taking Hoodia in pill form you're losing up to 90% of the
benefit you could be getting by taking the liquid Hoodia Chaser Extract. Just
a few drops of the Hoodia Chaser liquid extract will provide a more potent
and effective result than any Hoodia diet pill on the market. Hoodia Chaser
is quickly absorbed into your body and starts working immediately.
If only you weren't so darned hungry all the time...
It’s true that you eat for a lot of different
reasons, but feeling hungry can drive you to distraction. You know you should
stick to your diet (what ever the current one is), and you know when you’re
eating more than you need. But, what can you do about always feeling hungry?
It’s just not fair.
Hoodia Chaser might just be the answer you’re looking for. Combined
with a sensible food program, exercise routine, and drinking plenty of water,
the ingredients in Hoodia Chaser will help you to regain your slim body easier
If you weren’t hungry all the time, you wouldn’t be tempted to
snack between meals. You could easily say “No,” to second helpings.
You would find it easy to push away from the table feeling satisfied.
A great deal of research is being conducted into the effects of satiety (the
feeling of being full) on overeating. Hormones circulating through the body
convey messages to the brain to indicate hunger of “fullness.”
What is Hoodia Gordonii
you missed the 60 Minutes program, the program described Hoodia as a small,
succulent plant that grows only in the remote region of the South African
Kalahari Desert. There, the indigenous San Bushmen have eaten the plan for
centuries, to stave off hunger during their long and arduous hunting trips.
This small plant looks like a dill pickle with spines on it. It grows slowly
in its harsh environment, and takes four or five years, or more, before it
is ready to harvest.
The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) in South Africa,
joined forces with the South African San Council. They agreed to work together
on the usage of indigenous plants for the benefit of both parties. They also
committed themselves to the conservation of natural resources.
Because of tremendous worldwide demand for the Hoodia plant, it has become
endangered by over-harvesting. Now, certification is required to prove that
the product is authentic Hoodia Gordonii.
Real Hoodia Gordonii only grows in the semi-arid desert of South Africa –
not in China, or Mexico, or the United States. With Hoodia Chaser you can
be assured of getting the real, organic Hoodia ingredient. That’s because
our Hoodia is approved by the Western Cape Conservation Authority of South
Africa, and is certified to be 100% authentic.
We only use 100% pure South African Hoodia Extract from the Kalahari Desert in Hoodia Chaser and are proud to display the certificates to prove it. Our Hoodia ingredients are licensed by the Western Cape Conservation Authority of South Africa and certified to be 100% Authentic. There are two certified documents required to prove the authenticity of pure South African Hoodia.
They are the C.I.T.E.S Certificate
and the Analytical Report. 100% natural, 100% stimulant-free, 100% ephedrine-free and 100% caffeine-free, Pure Hoodia Gordonii liquids can also produce a natural feel-good aphrodisiac effect. Plus, the wonder-plant from which they're made is said to give the San tribesmen abundant energy to hunt by day and superhuman-like strength to make love all night long!

Comments about this video: i have a question. we pump it up past systolic pressure because it applies more pressure that the heart pumps against the artery. thus there is no pulse until the artery pressure is = or greater than the cuffs pressure. so the diastolic pressure mark, besides the heart relaxing and refiling, is where the cuff does not have enough pressure for the artery to produce a sound that can be heard? i am a little lost how that works. Remember, the diastolic bloodpressure is the pressure between every heartbeat. When the cuff is tightly around your arm at 70, and let's say your diastolic is 60 mmhg - the cuff is creating a "bounce" on the blood during resting. When the cuff pressure go lower then your diastolic, it is no longer affecting the pressure and the blood can flow as usual without being disturbed, and that's why you dont hear anything. 200 is very High in my opinion. Especially if your patient was normal like this girl in the video. what I've learned is whenever the the systolic pulse disappear you continue to pump up to 20 more and then release slowly as you did. Thanks a lot!! That was very simple and clear. Now I see it's not as hard as I thought. I'm now better prepared for class tomorrow...I just spend like 3 hours trying to take my moms bp, and i couldnt hear jacksquat! Then i watched the video and notced i had my stethoscope "off" , i had no idea those could be " off" ! I'm sure you can hear it but this is a demo video... Good call on that one...they also didn't mention the "ideal way", or any way for the matter, to deflate the cuff when releasing the valve to decrease the cuff pressure.Today was my first day volunteering in my local hospital. As soon as I went in, the nurse called me and taught me how to take blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation... I was nervous for my first one, but later I got the hang of it and did many after that- it felt amazing doing that! This is the *most* informative video I've ever come across. Good camera work too. Comments about this video: You need to have your volume turned on and have in-ear head phones. This simulates a real stethoscope. The sounds were recorded with a Littmann electronic stethoscope.Good video helped me alot to understand it more since i just stared med. school very helpful thanks!!!!!Glad I could be of help. I work in Emergency as RN. Good luck with Med School! P.S great stethoscope is the Master Cardiology..I own one. However if you are looking for a great one on a budget the littmann lightweight produces great acoustics at $45 price tag. Littmann Cardiology is nice if you prefer one with a bell. I like smaller bell for fitting in between ribs.Thanks. Glad I could help. LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to the channel or Facebook group found on right side of the channel page.I've watched so many videos about this trying to figure it out... Yours is the only one that has actually made any sense! Thanks so much! Thanks so much. If you have others who are struggling...send them this way. I am using my youtube videos to help me stay ahead in college tuition payments. LOL. Of course! I'm taking a high school CNA class so I'll definetly tell people in my class about this! A lot of us are struggling (:. Check out this..google "easy auscultation library" There are all sorts of sounds you can learn. Kind of fun! I use a recording electronic littmann stethoscope to get sounds. I however like the lightweight littmann best...easier to wear and can hear great. Well, don't be scared...the fact that you are typing means you are alive! LOL Make sure if you have a stethoscope that you have the end twisted to open. Some stethoscopes have two ends and only one can be open at a time so you must twist the end to switch sides. Also, make sure your stethoscope is placed just like the diagram shows (near the anticubital space). Make sure you use headphones on the video to train your ear on what to listen for.I usually end up tucking the stethoscope diaphram under the cuff and near the anticubital (elbow crease). That is what gives me the best results.Yes, but i recommend the high quality lightweight Littmann stethoscope for around $40. I have a $200 dollar stethoscope, but actually like the acoustics of the lightweight Littmann.I was just saying this was a blood pressure audio of a person with approximately 120/80 blood pressure. On the dial as the needle drops from 150mmhg the person taking the pressure would hear pulsating sound at 120mmgh and that would continue till 80mmhg when it would stop. Start of sound is Systolic (top number, pressures when heart contract) end of sound is Diastolic (bottom number, pressure when heart at rest). Hope this helps else ask or rephrase question. : ). Very nice video! I especially like the sound wave description and real blood pressure audio for the stethoscope! Great learning tool!
